In charge of capitalizing on the DEVRUR II project to support the revitalization of the socio-economic dynamics of 5 agropoles in the Central African Republic, Com4Dev began by drawing up a strategy covering all aspects of this European Union-funded project. With regard to strengthening technical and vocational education, Enabel, the project coordinator, has renovated training structures and teaching modules, and enhanced the quality of teaching by training teachers and academic inspectors.

The capitalization of this axis gave rise (among other things) to the production of video tutorials by trainers and learners from two emblematic training centers in the Central African Republic, the Centre Don Bosco in Bangui and the Ecole National de l’Elevage in Bouar. This format is all the more interesting in that it strengthens the pedagogical players’ commitment to using innovative methods of transmitting knowledge, enhances their value following 5 years of reinforcement actions, and raises the profile of 2 schools of excellence.

Scriptwriting workshops have been organized in schools, and the methodology has now been adopted by teachers. Filming was carried out in tandem with Com4Dev and Central African videographers. 2 specially-created Youtube channels. You can learn all about how to autopsy a chicken in Songo and how to make a two-way switch in electricity…
