A specialist in the creation of entrepreneurial and artistic communities for nearly 10 years, Bethsabée Gabbay designs, coordinates and deploys cultural projects combining entrepreneurship, territorial dynamics and international cooperation, particularly with the African continent.
In charge of the Cultural and Creative Industries sector at Halle Tropisme since 2022, she runs a third-location center bringing together more than 300 residents (entrepreneurs, artists, creative people), manages the marketing of spaces and develops event formats promoting the local ecosystem.
She also designs international cooperation programs, in close collaboration with the NGO Com4Dev, of which she is a director. Together, Tropisme and Com4Dev develop projects combining culture, local development and professional exchanges: These include Africa-Europe Learning Expeditions, professional events as part of the Euro-Africa Biennial, and initiatives in partnership with the Institut français, Alliance française and cultural players on the African continent.
Bethsabée has also coordinated several educational and cultural projects in Benin, including the creation of a festival, the launch of a third-location center, support for craftswomen and music production.
From November 2025 onwards, she will devote all her time to supporting and producing international cultural cooperation projects on an independent basis.
