Pierre ELGORRIAGA is a specialist in territorial public action, with a degree in Political Science (Master II in “Ingénierie des services urbains en réseaux: villes en devenir”) and proven experience in capitalizing on development projects. He has worked on the development of sustainable regional planning programs in Mexico.
An employee of Com4Dev for the past 5 years, Pierre has designed and implemented capitalization tools for several programs in Mauritania, France and West Africa (capitalization of agroecology pilot projects under the aegis of ECOWAS), and has contributed to the development of communication strategies for development. Pierre is also coordinator of cultural cooperation projects and international meetings in partnership with Halle Tropisme (Africa Montpellier Festival, Euro-Africa Montpellier Biennial, Rassemblement européen de Tiers-Lieux…).
