An expert in multi-stakeholder dynamics and the elaboration of development strategies, Jérôme draws on thirty years’ experience in Africa with international organizations (NGOs, PTF, United Nations) to support the design and implementation of policies and initiatives adapted to local contexts.
A specialist in development issues in sub-Saharan Africa, and more specifically in West Africa, he has an in-depth understanding of the interplay of players and governance issues. His career has enabled him to develop a strong ability to analyze complex situations and propose innovative approaches to planning and implementing development strategies.
Jérôme is a designer of multi-stakeholder dynamics and a facilitator of action communities. He works to develop platforms, tools and practices that encourage commitment and ownership of shared objectives by all stakeholders.
He has been President of Com4Dev since 2024.
