Where can I learn French in Montpellier? How can a foreign student access healthcare services in France? What can the Yeobi Federation offer newcomers?
All these topics and more are addressed in a video workshop open to all members of Montpellier diaspora organizations. Organized by Com4Dev and Yeobi throughout the first quarter of 2023, these workshops, financed by the Fond de développement de la Vie Associative (FDVA), follow on from the “Mobitic Erasmus +” project, which aims to facilitate access to information for newcomers to Europe.
In this context, we have seen the usefulness of transmitting messages between peers in their own language through video tutorials. That’s why the workshops focus on the production of these tutorials, from scriptwriting to broadcasting, with a program we’ve already experimented with in Lesbos, Greece, during workshops with migrants.
