Objectives achieved for the “Learn to capitalize on your projects for the common good<\/a>” training course held in Montpellier on May 18 and 19. The notion of capitalization, initially unclear to participants, was clarified, in particular the differences and advantages compared to project evaluation, scientific research and communication. During practical workshops, participants were able to initiate the capitalization of 3 projects: the  a “living lab” approach<\/a> in a neighborhood near Lille, including the experience of a participatory neighborhood newspaper set up by the Catholic University of Lille, information watch as practiced by the association Inter-r\u00e9seaux d\u00e9veloppement rural<\/a> and the Education \u00e0 la Citoyennet\u00e9 et \u00e0 la Solidarit\u00e9 Internationale (ECSI) projects financed by the French government. Tandems solidaires scheme<\/a> managed by Occitanie coop\u00e9ration, the multi-actor network for international cooperation and solidarity in Occitanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This training enabled us to put in place the tools and methods needed to draw out the lessons learned from these 3 projects, with a follow-up already scheduled for next June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The capitalization approach is becoming increasingly widespread in organizations seeking to better manage their knowledge, both internally and externally, and above all to share the lessons learned from each project they implement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
