{"id":8153,"date":"2025-08-29T09:05:50","date_gmt":"2025-08-29T09:05:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/c4dev.org\/membres_de_com4dev\/bathsheba-gabbay\/"},"modified":"2026-06-09T12:18:41","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T12:18:41","slug":"bathsheba-gabbay","status":"publish","type":"membres_de_com4dev","link":"https:\/\/c4dev.org\/en\/membres_de_com4dev\/bathsheba-gabbay\/","title":{"rendered":"Bethsab\u00e9e Gabbay"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A specialist in the creation of entrepreneurial and artistic communities for nearly 10 years, Bethsab\u00e9e Gabbay designs, coordinates and deploys cultural projects combining entrepreneurship, territorial dynamics and international cooperation, particularly with the African continent.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In charge of the Cultural and Creative Industries sector at Halle Tropisme since 2022, she runs a third-location center bringing together more than 300 residents (entrepreneurs, artists, creative people), manages the marketing of spaces and develops event formats promoting the local ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She also designs international cooperation programs, in close collaboration with the NGO Com4Dev, of which she is a director.
